			<li>半导体纳米材料制备和表征<br/>
	采用多种方法合成、掺杂纳米半导体及其合金材料，并进行物性表征。</li>
			<li>微/纳电子器件和物理<br/>
	研究基于半导体纳米线（带）的新型高性能微/纳电子器件及其物理机制。包括：肖特基二极管、金属-氧化物-半导体场效应晶体管（MOSFET）和金属-半导体场效应晶体管(MESFET), 互补沟道反相器（CMOS, CMES）、存储器等逻辑电路。探索半导体微/纳电子器件在生物、化学传感器方面的应用。</li>
			<li>微/纳光电子器件和物理<br/>
	研究基于半导体纳米线（带）的新型高性能微/纳光电子器件及其物理机制。包括：半导体纳米线（带）光泵激光、电泵激光，同质结/异质结发光二极管，光伏器件等。</li>
			<li>石墨烯材料生长、物理性质及器件研究<br/>
	采用多种方法尝试大面积高质量单层或少层石墨薄膜的生长和转移；研究石墨烯新颖的物理性质；研制基于石墨烯纳米带的新型纳电子器件。</li>
