报道/会议举办地点：北京大学量子材料中心607会议室（北大校内英杰交流中心对面，理科五号楼六楼607室）
报道提交材料
（1）所有参加论坛学生报道时需提交已经打印好的海报，海报尺寸：90cm×120 cm；
（2）所有做口头报告的同学需在注册时向工作人员拷贝演讲的电子文档。
食宿
论坛将对所有参与者在京期间的费用给予资助，其中包括所有学生在论坛期间的餐费，港台学生在研讨会期间的住宿费用（由论坛组委会安排北大校内宾馆，两人标准间），港台学生在北京落地以后的交通费用。
评奖细则
（1）优秀报告奖采取评委老师评定加学生互评的方式进行，其中老师评定占60%，学生评定占40%，最后加权平均选出五位优秀报告奖，获得优秀报告奖的同学颁发证书并给予物质奖励；
（2）优秀海报奖采取学生互评的方式进行，选出五位优秀海报奖，获得优秀海报奖的同学颁发证书并给予物质奖励。
日程安排
论坛的举办日期是9月27日-29日，经此次论坛学术委员会遴选，22位同学将安排做口头报告，下表为本次论坛中参与口头报告同学的报告时间安排，没有在表上安排的其他已报名同学仅需制作海报参赛即可。
